Job description
FTI Consulting is seeking a Consultant for its Transaction Services team within Corporate Finance & Restructuring in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering financial due diligence and value-based advisory to clients engaged in M&A and other transaction-related activities. The successful candidate will engage in data-driven analysis, reporting, and business development, while working in a collaborative, high-impact environment. This position offers the opportunity to gain strong exposure to cross-industry clients and transactions across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze and model financial performance (historical and forecast) of acquisition targets.
- Own delivery of standalone due diligence sections (e.g., working capital, net debt).
- Build and manipulate data sets and create the data book.
- Draft report sections based on your analyses.
- Support business development by preparing pitch and pipeline documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Develop and nurture internal and external relationships.
Experience & skills
- 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a numeric subject.
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with first-time passes.
- Excellent analytical skills and good understanding of financial statements.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data set manipulation.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in transaction services or restructuring is preferred.
- Audit experience considered if transaction experience is lacking.
- Self-starter, inquisitive, and a team player.
- Fluency in English; additional European language is desirable.
