Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Projects Lead to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The role includes leading and overseeing specific strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goalsâparticularly around digital transformation and employee engagement. This person will facilitate collaboration between centre of excellence HR teams and departmental leaders to improve processes, guide cross-functional change initiatives, and support streamlined operations. The HR Projects Lead is also responsible for collecting, interpreting, and presenting HR project data to senior leadership, as well as providing high-level administrative support to the CHRO by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and optimizing task prioritization. This role sits within a full-time, on-site format in Downtown Dubai, supporting Jumeirahâs luxury hospitality mission.

- Lead specific strategic HR initiatives, including digital transformation and employee engagement, aligning with broader company goals
- Facilitate with centre of excellence HR teams to oversee project execution without managing daily HR operations
- Support cross-departmental change initiatives by facilitating communication and stakeholder engagement
- Review and improve HR processes in collaboration with function leaders to ensure streamlined operations
- Collect and analyse HR project data, providing insights and reports to senior leadership
- Provide administrative support to the CHRO, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and prioritising tasks to optimise the CHROâs time
Experience & skills
- 4-6 yearsâ experience in human resources or project management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
