The Senior Sales Manager (Corporate Hospitality Sales) at Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay is responsible for driving corporate sales performance while upholding Holiday Inn’s service standards and brand values. The role supports the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing sales strategies focused on the corporate market segment, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing and growing existing corporate accounts at local, regional, and global levels. The position involves meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives while representing the hotel cluster at sales calls, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. The role covers sales activities for a newly opened cluster of hotels located in Dubai Business Bay, offering 275 hotel rooms, 120 serviced apartments, food and beverage outlets, and meetings and events facilities. The Senior Sales Manager manages short- and long-stay business, handles RFP processes, works with consortia and Travel Management Companies, and builds long-term partnerships with bookers, travel managers, TMCs, and key decision-makers. Strong knowledge of the Dubai Business Bay market is essential to adapt to demand shifts and capture corporate opportunities while contributing to the commercial success of the Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay.

Key responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing corporate sales strategies
- Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate business opportunities to achieve sales objectives
- Manage, grow, and retain key corporate accounts through structured account management and regular engagement
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and market share expectations
- Handle short-stay and long-stay corporate business and manage RFP processes effectively
- Manage relationships with consortia and Travel Management Companies to maximize corporate revenue
- Represent the hotel cluster at sales calls, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with bookers, travel managers, TMCs, and corporate decision-makers
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales approaches to shifts in demand within the Business Bay market
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager – Corporate in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment
- Demonstrate proven ability to manage and grow key corporate accounts at local, regional, and global levels
- Exhibit experience in short-stay and long-stay business, RFP handling, and consortia and TMC management
- Show strong capability in identifying new business opportunities and adapting to market demand shifts
- Be based in Dubai with strong knowledge of the Business Bay hospitality and corporate market
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to hotel sales
