Job description
The Product Specialist CNS will drive sales and market penetration for J&J Innovative Medicine products within the assigned Qassim territory. The role involves promoting products based on clinical merit, maximizing patient access, building strong HCP relationships, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key responsibilities
- Maximize patient share and product usage within assigned territory respecting clinical indications and compliance guidelines.
- Use multichannel approaches to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) in line with CVT strategy.
- Achieve market share and sales targets for assigned products.
- Promote J&J Innovative Medicine’s image as a scientific and digital innovator.
- Conduct account mapping and understand decision-making processes within target hospitals and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (pharmacy directors, procurement managers, tender managers).
- Identify short- and long-term business opportunities in collaboration with the Market Access team.
- Fulfill all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) KPIs including accurate reporting, sample handling, and qualitative performance improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CNS disease areas, products, and competitors.
- Comply with all company and local regulations, policies, SOPs, and pharmacovigilance reporting requirements.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales; CNS experience preferred.
- Digital literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical and disciplined with strong sense of urgency.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to develop partnerships.
- Adherence to J&J Credo and leadership imperatives.
