The candidate is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and market segments through detailed market research and competitive analysis, leveraging customer needs analysis and data analysis to inform strategic decisions. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationship management practices with key clients, ensuring tailored solutions are delivered to meet customer requirements. Leadership responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and maximize performance, while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize advanced software competencies for reporting, presentations, and analysis. - Lead the development and execution of sales strategy and marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends
- Establish sales targets and performance metrics and drive sales performance management across the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments through market research and competitive analysis to expand customer base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong client relationship management with key clients and deliver tailored solutions based on customer needs analysis
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize performance
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, pipeline management, and lead generation initiatives
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in a similar business development or sales and marketing leadership role
- Exhibit expertise in sales strategy, marketing strategy, business development, and revenue growth within relevant industries
- Possess strong experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs analysis
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs for reporting, analysis, and presentations
- Exhibit ability to set sales targets, define performance metrics, and manage sales performance effectively
- Show experience in recruiting, training, coaching, and managing sales teams
- Demonstrate Arabic language proficiency
