Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Professional for the Europe Market to join the Hydrogen Department. The role focuses on the commercialization of low carbon ammonia and hydrogen, assisting customers both in the Kingdom and abroad with decarbonization. The candidate will support strategy implementation, commercial contract negotiations, and identification of new business opportunities while managing internal alignment and contributing to market participation activities.

Key responsibilities
- Support and lead commercial contract negotiations including term sheets, HOAs, and SPAs
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, EU regulations, and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with company goals
- Lead and participate in commercial contract development with European clients
- Support involvement in market auctions and strategic bids
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Drive business development activities for low carbon ammonia and hydrogen opportunities
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred
- Minimum 15 years of commercial experience in the European energy market
- Experience with power, LNG, and/or ammonia markets
- Strong knowledge of long-term commercial contracts
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
- Expertise in cross-cultural practices with European and Middle Eastern firms
- Willingness to travel internationally
