Job description
A leading bank in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Murex Production Support professional to manage finance-related activities. The role involves close collaboration with the Bank Finance team to validate technical implementations of accounting schemas across product life cycles and events, amend mismatches, and support the SIT and UAT phases. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate GL reconciliation during system transitions, handling new developments and minor CRs internally, monitoring liquidation proceeds, supporting enhancements for the GL Phase 2 project, and ensuring prompt resolution of EOD issues affecting finance reconciliations.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the Finance team to validate technical implementation of accounting schemas across product life cycles and scenarios
- Amend and track any mismatches in accounting configurations
- Support SIT and UAT phases by guiding Finance users on validations and best practices
- Ensure GL reconciliation matches expectations during transition from old to new system
- Handle new developments and minor change requests internally
- Monitor liquidation proceeds and support GL Phase 2 enhancements from the Murex side
- Ensure prompt resolution of EOD GL-related issues
- Monitor and verify correctness of Finance reconciliations of positions
Experience & skills
- 8 to 10 years of Murex finance production support experience
- Expertise in Murex accounting and hedge accounting
- Strong experience in report reconciliation
- Proven ability to validate technical implementation of accounting schemas across product events and life cycles
