Job description
The Associate – HR Enablement & Immigration role at EY in Riyadh is an entry-level professional services position designed for a Saudi National seeking to build a career in Human Resources, with a dual focus on HR Enablement operations and Saudi immigration coordination. The role operates within the CBS Talent function and supports HR Enablement and Immigration services across KSA, while also providing exposure to EY’s MENA centralized HR operating model. The position delivers administrative, coordination, and project management support across key HR Enablement processes including record keeping, contract management, onboarding, exit management, probation, and HR contact centre operations, ensuring consistency of user experience, service quality, timeliness, efficiency, and compliance. The role also supports HR Enablement project management, deployment logistics, and collaboration with Talent Services, Shared Services, and other HR functions. In parallel, the role supports end-to-end Saudi immigration operations, managing work visas, business visas, Iqama, exit/re-entry visas, and compliance with Saudi immigration laws, labor regulations, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, while liaising with authorities such as MHRSD, Jawazat, MOFA, and Qiwa. The associate contributes to risk mitigation, employee onboarding and offboarding from an immigration perspective, HR policy application, metrics reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination across HR Enablement, Immigration, and the wider business, within a professional services environment.
