The Senior Fashion Consultant role for Maison Margiela, part of the OTB Group, is a luxury retail position responsible for leading and supporting the brand’s store operations while delivering exceptional guest experience in a high-end fashion environment. Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988, recognized for its unconventional aesthetics, avant-garde philosophy, and diverse portfolio including haute couture, ready-to-wear for men and women, MM6 contemporary line, footwear, interior design, leather goods, fine jewelry, and fragrance. As a Fashion Consultant, the role focuses on achieving individual and collective sales targets, driving sell-through, and fostering strong client relationships through an omni-channel approach. The position supports the implementation of CRM, CX, customer engagement, and people initiatives in-store, while ensuring adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, standard operating procedures, and service-level agreements. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing customer behavior data, identifying top sellers and slow movers for business reviews, providing pre-buying product feedback, supporting in-store CX initiatives, driving loyalty program adoption through MUSE, ensuring accurate customer data capture in line with marketing requirements, managing click and collect processes within SLAs, supporting marketing events and retail activations, and staying informed on brand social media activities and campaigns. The role also contributes insights on store performance, operational effectiveness, and customer engagement, while promoting a culture-driven people experience to enhance eNPS. - Provide pre-buying feedback on products to support merchandising decisions
- Drive sell-through performance within the store
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Manage click and collect operations in compliance with service-level agreements
- Ensure accurate customer data capture aligned with marketing team requirements
- Promote and support loyalty program adoption, including MUSE
- Support in-store marketing events and retail activations
- Stay updated on brand social media activities and campaigns
- Support in-store customer experience initiatives
- Provide feedback on store performance, identifying what is working and what requires improvement
- Contribute to people experience initiatives to drive eNPS
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate experience in luxury retail environments
- Apply CRM systems and personalized customer service practices
- Communicate fluently in English
