haus & haus, one of Dubai’s most reputable real estate agencies, is hiring a Property Manager to support its growing Property Management division. This client-facing role involves managing a portfolio of properties, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and driving business development. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative team with access to in-haus training, systems support, and a wide network of properties. The position requires initiative, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to anticipate client needs and resolve issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities
- Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties through proactive business development
- Convert leads through clear, confident communication with landlords
- Collaborate with Sales and Leasing teams for internal referrals
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to support consistent growth
- Act as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes
- Handle maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors
- Resolve issues quickly while keeping all parties informed
- Maintain clear, up-to-date property records
- Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets
- Deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants
- Contribute to positive Google reviews and meet company KPIs
- Use initiative to anticipate and solve client issues
- Follow company policies and uphold service standards
- Support additional duties as required by your manager
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales, client relationship or property role
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Experience in a commission-based, target-driven environment
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
- Strong time management, communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (Reapit preferred)
- Proactive, professional and collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English (Arabic an advantage)
