Job description
The Recruitment Consultant at Dubai Future Foundation is responsible for supporting the organizationâs talent acquisition needs and strategic objectives by managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role ensures exceptional candidate experience across sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding. The consultant works closely with People & Culture teams, hiring managers, and strategic business units to develop job descriptions, post roles on career platforms, source potential candidates, and manage internal employee referrals. The role also involves contributing to long-term recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, researching global recruitment best practices, and maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers including recruitment agencies and consultants. This position is critical for attracting and retaining global top talent to support DFFâs mission, vision, and future-focused initiatives, while participating in corporate affairs initiatives that enhance employee development, wellbeing, and engagement.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with People & Culture teams and Strategic Business Units to understand talent requirements and prioritization
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding of candidates
- Develop long-term recruitment strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with the approved organizational chart
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, determine selection criteria, and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
- Source candidates using multiple channels including career pages, LinkedIn, networking events, and university partnerships
- Manage the internal employee referral program and ensure timely updates to employees
- Support the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Performance Management in developing people strategy and provide weekly reports on talent pipeline
- Conduct research on recruiting best practices to align internal recruitment processes with global standards
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers including recruitment agencies and consultants
- Ensure all candidates receive a positive experience throughout the interview process, regardless of outcome
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorâs degree in any field
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in recruitment at top local or international organizations
- Experience as an in-house Recruitment Consultant or with management consulting, tech companies, or public sector entities is a plus
- Positive attitude, driven, entrepreneurial, and able to work well with ambiguity
- Strong organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple roles, projects, and initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Innovative and future-focused in developing and implementing recruiting strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to work well within a team and willingness to learn continuously
