Job description
The F&I Hub Executive in Dubai is responsible for managing Finance and Insurance transactions within the automotive sector, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, dealerships, financial institutions, and insurance providers. The executive oversees deal placements, monitors deal progress using the Seriti system, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include reconciling Retail DSL/SML daily, maintaining Work in Process (WIP) at minimal levels, achieving maximum bank approvals within agreed TAT, and coordinating leasing and fleet deals from application to finalisation. The executive validates bank LPOs, maintains accurate customer records, tracks deal inception and closure, and participates in monthly FICS meetings. The role requires proactive escalation of issues, collaboration with sales teams and branch managers, adherence to internal and external standards, and timely implementation of process or policy updates communicated by management. This position demands proficiency in vehicle financing, insurance products, and the Seriti system, along with strong communication, negotiation, and compliance skills to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue.

Key responsibilities
- Follow up on automotive deal placements in line with Line Manager’s guidelines
- Maintain daily updates on deal status and progress for Sales Executives and Branch Managers
- Perform daily reconciliation of Retail DSL/SML and ensure all bank deals are applied in the Seriti system
- Adhere to FICS processes using the Seriti platform and maintain WIP at minimum levels
- Ensure maximum bank approvals are received within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Track deals in a timely manner and escalate issues to Operations Manager or Hub In-Charge as required
- Attend monthly FICS meetings with Sales teams, Branch Managers, and bankers at showroom locations
- Implement process and policy updates communicated by the Hub In-Charge
- Validate bank LPOs for direct deals across all automotive entities
- Coordinate leasing and fleet deals from showroom application stage to finalisation
- Ensure accurate customer data entry in the Seriti system and compliance with internal/external standards
- Review documentation for HFA leads from Seriti before submitting assessments to Tele Sales
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders and maintain strong team coordination
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of banking or F&I Hub experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, loan processing, and insurance products
- Proficiency in Seriti system and MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deal workflows efficiently
