The role requires assessing bankability of agreements, preparing business plans, financial forecasts, and funding strategies, and coordinating with investment banks and project lenders. The position demands technical expertise in evaluating mega-projects, managing financing risk, negotiating complex legal agreements, and supporting treasury functions. Candidates should have substantial experience in Project & Structured Finance, Islamic Finance, Export Credit Agency Financing, and corporate finance functions within banking or the energy industry. The role includes mentoring junior analysts, staying updated with economic and banking trends, and contributing to strategic investment decisions and financing plans for large-scale developments across Aramco's operations.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Advise on bankability of project agreements and minimization of financing risk

Experience & skills

- Experience with mega-project joint venture development and EPC contracts
- Proficiency in financial modeling, economic evaluation, and cash flow analysis
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage within a matrix organization
- Experience negotiating complex legal and banking agreements
