Job description
The Human Resources Manager role at NOVOTEL in Makka al-Mukarrama, Saudi Arabia is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within the property, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand values. The position oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management while developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. The role plays a strategic part in attracting and retaining top talent, administering competitive compensation and benefits programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager collaborates closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, supports department heads with performance evaluation processes, and implements HR systems including HRIS to streamline operations. The position requires strong knowledge of local labor regulations, experience in diverse or multinational environments, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive matters. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic considered highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a multinational or diverse work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
