Job description
The Assistant Manager, Shared Services CoE at ROSHN plays a pivotal role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on all strategic initiatives across the HR, IT, and Commercial functions within the Shared Services Division. This role ensures centralized project governance, data accuracy, and leadership visibility through robust reporting and analytics. The incumbent will manage the master project tracker, consolidate project performance data, and build Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple functional stakeholders. Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update a centralized project tracker for HR, IT, and Commercial initiatives within the Shared Services Division
- Ensure data accuracy, milestone tracking, and timely updates from project owners and functional leads
- Consolidate project reports and prepare governance dashboards for performance reviews and leadership reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs, risks, dependencies, and timelines for leadership teams
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports to support CoE lead and Chief Shared Services Officer
- Coordinate with functional PMOs to ensure data consistency and adherence to reporting standards
- Support process documentation, creation of templates, and continuous enhancement of tracking systems
- Monitor compliance with PMO governance standards and ensure reporting cadence is maintained
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and insights for leadership discussions
- Drive data validation, performance analysis, and improvement of reporting workflows
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline
- 3â5 years of experience in PMO, project reporting, or governance roles, preferably in a shared services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Zoho Projects, or Smartsheet
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with PMO governance frameworks and performance measurement methodologies
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and visual presentations for leadership teams
- Knowledge of automation and workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zoho Flow) is an advantage
- PMP or PMO certification preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive and accountability-driven mindset
