Key responsibilities

• Define accounting policies and processes in accordance with IAS and IFRS standards
• Ensure accurate recording of income and expenses
• Manage contracts and agreements with stakeholders
• Submit accurate financial results within reporting deadlines
• Monitor accruals, payables, and receivables to minimize discrepancies
• Coordinate with AFSS and group companies on intra-company transactions
• Conduct monthly closing, budget analysis, and YOY variance analyses
• Reconcile fixed assets, particularly fleets
• Implement proactive cost control measures
• Prepare internal, statutory, and regulatory financial reports
• Enhance coordination with brands and stakeholders for seamless operations
• Define and manage cost centers with proper allocations
• Prepare monthly brand revenue split reports
• Manage UAE VAT compliance
• Plan, manage, and supervise interim and statutory audits
• Respond to internal audit observations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage petty cash and credit card usage for rental and leasing operations
• Motivate, develop, and manage team performance and structure
