Job description
We are seeking a proactive Personal Brand & Growth Strategist to build and scale a high-performing real estate lead generation ecosystem. The role goes beyond social media management, requiring end-to-end ownership of content, strategy, growth, and team management. The strategist will turn content into high-quality investor leads while overseeing freelancers, agencies, and creative direction to maximize conversions and brand impact.

Key responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic campaigns to generate qualified real estate leads from social platforms
- Build and optimize funnels, automations, and conversion systems to capture leads efficiently
- Manage paid ads performance, tracking metrics such as CPL, ROI, and conversions
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and content pillars to support lead generation goals
- Plan monthly content calendars and guide creative direction to maintain brand consistency
- Review scripts, edits, and monitor content performance to optimize output
- Capture and edit short-form video content (approx. 10 videos per month) for timely opportunities
- Direct shoots, attend events, and property visits to capture high-quality visual content
- Lead and coordinate freelancers, editors, and agencies to maintain quality standards and workflows
- Manage audience engagement, inbound inquiries, and identify market trends for growth opportunities
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in brand growth, digital marketing, or content-driven lead generation
- Proven experience in generating real estate leads via social media
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or creative teams
- Strong strategic thinking, proactive mindset, and execution-oriented approach
- Arabic language proficiency preferred
- UAE driving license and personal vehicle required
- Ability to work on-site daily in Dubai (9am–6pm)
- Strong content creation skills including shooting and editing short-form videos
- Experience planning and implementing marketing funnels and conversion systems
- Ability to oversee creative direction and maintain brand consistency
- Understanding of real estate market trends and investor targeting strategies
