Job description
The Manager â Airport Mobility Operations at Red Sea Global (Division: Operations; Department: Mobility) supports the Senior Manager in managing all transport services related to the arrival and departure of guests, employees, and stakeholders to and from airports served by the AMAALA project. The role focuses on ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient transportation during high-traffic periods by planning, coordinating, and monitoring transport schedules between airport terminals and Triple Bay / AMAALA Staff Village, managing service providers, and overseeing a transport team of coordinators, drivers, and support staff. Responsibilities include enforcing agreed standards for safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction; addressing non-performance issues with swift corrective actions; leading team scheduling, performance reviews, and training; acting as the primary contact for transport-related inquiries and complaints; and responding promptly to feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction. The position proactively reviews and analyzes existing transport operations to identify opportunities for improved efficiency or cost-effectiveness, implements new systems to enhance the guest experience and streamline operations, ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies, reports and investigates incidents or accidents and executes corrective actions, and compiles regular reports on transport performanceâincluding ridership data, incident reports, and feedback analysisâproviding insights to senior management on trends, operational challenges, and recommendations. The jobholder plans and provides safe and reliable transportation services with minimal delays, and constantly manages the maintenance of the fleet in collaboration with the Maintenance team as recommended by manufacturers to ensure effective department functioning and a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily airport transport operations between terminals and Triple Bay / AMAALA Staff Village to ensure availability with no gaps or delays.
- Monitor arrival and departure schedules and align resources to meet safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction standards.
- Manage service providers, address non-performance issues, and implement corrective actions swiftly.
- Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate transport coordinators, drivers, and support staff to ensure consistent, high-standard service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for transport-related inquiries and complaints from internal and external stakeholders, resolving feedback promptly.
- Review and analyze transport operations to identify efficiency or cost-effectiveness opportunities and implement improved systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all transport services.
- Report and investigate incidents or accidents, execute corrective actions, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Compile regular reports on transport performance (ridership data, incident reports, feedback analysis) and present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance activities with the Maintenance team per manufacturer recommendations to maximize reliability and guest experience.
Experience & skills
- A bachelorâs degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 years of industry experience with proven expertise in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Experience managing Arrival & Departure (A&D) airport functions in a large, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick-moving, change-oriented, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs with at least intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook (skill level will be tested).
- Ability to work collaboratively with independence in a highly cooperative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to address the needs of VIP chauffeur drivers and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong customer service orientation with high energy for people interaction.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information and follow through on issues while anticipating challenges and preparing solutions.
