Our client is hiring a Sales Lead / Account Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to drive new business through proactive lead generation while managing and growing relationships with existing clients within a fintech and digital assets environment. This is a high-impact, dual-focus role owning the full sales cycle from outbound outreach, prospect research, qualification, and client acceptance through onboarding, retention, revenue growth, renewals, and long-term account expansion. The role involves building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline using outbound outreach, networking, events, and digital channels, articulating product value, managing client onboarding, tracking account performance, and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth aligned with business strategy. The position requires active use of CRM systems to track pipeline activity, revenue trends, KPIs, forecasts, and client usage and adoption metrics. The role includes leading commercial discussions, contract negotiations, renewals, upsell and cross-sell execution, proposal development, and preparation of presentations and commercial documentation. The Sales Lead / Account Manager partners cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution, while sharing market insights and customer feedback to support product evolution. The role also contributes to improving sales processes, methodologies, workflows, systems, marketing automation, and scalable sales practices, while staying informed on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities across digital assets, fintech, FX, and trading technology. At Sales Lead level, responsibilities include coaching Account Managers, assessing team capabilities, strengthening qualification and closing strategies, and fostering a high-performance, continuous improvement culture.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new prospects across relevant markets through proactive lead generation activities
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using outbound outreach, networking, events, and digital channels
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through client confirmation, onboarding, retention, and revenue growth
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients and manage a portfolio of existing accounts
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, long-term engagement, and account expansion
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth aligned with overall business strategy
- Identify, plan, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing conversations
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, forecasts, and commercial documentation
- Track account performance, revenue trends, KPIs, and pipeline activity using CRM systems
- Monitor client usage and adoption metrics to identify growth and expansion opportunities
- Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Share client insights, competitor intelligence, and market feedback to support product and commercial evolution
- Support and contribute to the improvement of sales processes, methodologies, workflows, systems, and marketing automation
- Provide coaching, performance assessment, and sales capability development for Account Managers at Sales Lead level
Experience & skills
- Possess 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Demonstrate proven results in lead generation, client acquisition, and account growth
- Show strong understanding of sales pipelines, prospect qualification, and commercial negotiations
- Be confident using CRM systems and digital prospecting tools to manage pipeline and accounts
- Have interest or background exposure in blockchain, fintech, digital assets, FX, or trading technology
