Job description
Senior Specialist – Products Control responsible for leading the product development lifecycle for core product offerings by analyzing new concepts and products and supporting facilities aligned with KEZAD’s growth aspirations, vision and strategy within industrial zones and economic development environments in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Role requires strong understanding of industry best practices and latest trends in terms of product offering, conducting feasibility studies in-house or with advisors and consultants as required, collaborating with teams across the organization for better understanding of customer needs, market gaps and developing relevant solutions, constructing business cases and business plans relating to product development to be presented to management, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective program management through the development cycle of specific new products and its development and delivery, assisting the management team for specific projects and special ad hoc tasks as required, and anticipating customer requirements and conceiving soft products and delivery mechanisms. Requires undergraduate degree from a premier institute with MBA as a plus, strong product development abilities, proficiency in data analysis and report writing, ability to contribute to high performance teams, ability to manage and resolve conflict within team and stakeholders, high proficiency in written and spoken English with knowledge of Arabic as an added benefit, at least 3 years of relevant functional experience preferably in industrial zones and economic/infrastructure/real estate contexts, experience leading multiple projects or workstreams for new product or business unit development, experience in product strategy and executive engagement as a business, operational, and strategic thought leader.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle for core product offerings by analyzing new concepts and supporting facilities aligned with KEZAD’s growth aspirations, vision, and strategy
- Conduct feasibility studies in-house or with advisors and consultants and ensure evaluation of product viability, market gaps, and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs and market gaps and develop relevant product solutions
- Construct business cases and business plans for product development and present structured proposals to management
- Manage program execution by coordinating stakeholders across the organization through the product development lifecycle
- Assist management in execution of special projects and ad hoc tasks related to product development and strategy
- Anticipate customer requirements and design soft products and delivery mechanisms aligned with future demand
Experience & skills
- Hold an undergraduate degree from a premier institute with MBA as an advantage
- Demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant functional experience in industrial zones, infrastructure, real estate, or related sectors
- Exhibit strong product development abilities with experience in new product or business unit development
- Possess proficiency in data analysis and report writing for management-level decision making
- Show ability to contribute effectively to high performance teams in cross-functional environments
- Demonstrate ability to manage and resolve conflict within teams and with stakeholders
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English with Arabic considered an advantage
- Have experience leading multiple projects or workstreams and engaging executives as a strategic and operational advisor
