Architects scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud and on-prem infrastructure to support Inceptionās advanced AI platforms, with deep ownership over networking, storage, automation, and infrastructure resilience for large-scale AI/ML environments.

Key responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure for AI platforms
- Architect cloud and on-prem environments optimized for AI/ML workloads
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams on infrastructure integration
- Develop high availability and disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical AI systems
- Design and implement advanced networking architectures
- Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud usage for cost efficiency and performance
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies in cloud, storage, and networking
- Ensure infrastructure security, regulatory compliance, encryption, and access control
- Provide technical leadership and mentor infrastructure engineers
- Stay ahead of industry and AI infrastructure trends
Experience & skills
- Minimum 12 years in infrastructure architecture, cloud platforms, or systems engineering
- Hands-on experience building infrastructure for AI/ML workloads
- Expertise across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, networking, storage, and IaC tools
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and hybrid architectures
- Experience with distributed storage and HPC environments
- Strong background in DR, business continuity, and high-availability architectures
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and security teams
