IPTV Headend and Middleware networks fall under your technical and process leadership, including splitters, amplifiers, L-band distributors, DCM MKII 9902 units (DRD, GBE, MFP, MUX) and acquisition, distribution and VOD servers. Field teams get technical support on IPTV nodes, and IPTV customer complaints are worked through to resolution. Nokia and Huawei ATCA IGW, SBC, U2000 and NetAct platforms form the core toolset, backed by knowledge of CS Core and SIP. Business partners, commercial teams, Customer Operations and IT stay engaged until faults are fixed, and vendor incident performance is monitored. Documentation, diagrams, incident reports and CR login and logout records are kept current, and new projects and services are accepted into SOC operations. Three to five years in telecom is required, with a Bachelor's in Telecommunication Engineering or a related discipline.
