The Director, MarTech Platform Sales (Personalization & Marketing Technology Services) at Mastercard Dynamic Yield is responsible for driving customer experience strategy through innovative MarTech and personalization technology solutions within the Financial Services, Digital Payments, and Marketing Technology industry. The role focuses on leveraging data and AI, marketing technology stack capabilities, and partnerships to deliver best-in-class personalization solutions for clients across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey region. The position involves creating and managing a robust sales pipeline, driving incremental revenue growth, and executing full sales cycle management from client needs identification to contract negotiation and execution. The Director performs comprehensive client needs analysis, utilizing data analysis and business case development to identify critical business challenges and propose tailored MarTech solutions. The role requires developing high-quality sales-support materials including presentations and persuasive proposals, articulating value propositions both qualitatively and quantitatively. The position involves building and maintaining strong stakeholder management relationships across internal Mastercard ecosystem teams and external clients, influencers, sponsors, and decision-makers. The role also includes post-implementation review activities to ensure engagement quality and identify follow-on opportunities. A strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing technology stack, personalization platforms, and services/consulting environments is essential. Additionally, the role requires adherence to information security policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of data, and compliance with corporate security standards while contributing to secure, scalable, and innovative digital payment and customer experience solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Leverage industry network to create sales pipeline opportunities and close deals focusing on long-term and in-year revenue generation
- Drive incremental new sales across Middle East, Africa, and Turkey by identifying market expansion opportunities and executing business development strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle including client needs identification, solution development, proposal writing, contract negotiation, and execution
- Perform comprehensive client needs analysis using data analysis and business case development to identify critical challenges and recommend MarTech solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, business cases, and sales-support materials to articulate value propositions and address client challenges
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, influencers, sponsors, and decision-makers to align with business objectives
- Navigate the Mastercard ecosystem to unlock cross-functional opportunities and maximize business outcomes
- Lead post-implementation review activities to ensure engagement quality and identify additional business opportunities
- Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM systems to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with information security policies by safeguarding data confidentiality, integrity, and reporting security incidents
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate extensive experience in MarTech, personalization technology, and marketing technology stack within services or consulting roles
- Exhibit strong sales pipeline management skills with proven ability to create, track, and convert opportunities into revenue
- Possess experience in full sales cycle management including proposal writing, contract negotiation, and deal execution
- Show strong analytical skills with ability to perform client needs analysis, data analysis, and develop business cases
- Demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Exhibit proficiency in presentation development and delivering persuasive pitches to clients
- Demonstrate experience in post-implementation review processes and identifying follow-on opportunities
