Job description
The Senior Associate β Digital Learning role at Chalhoub Group supports the effective execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Digital Academy within a large-scale luxury retail organization operating across the Middle East and beyond. Chalhoub Group is a hybrid luxury retailer with a portfolio of owned brands and partnerships across luxury fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, and art de vivre, delivering omnichannel experiences through over 950 stores, online platforms, and mobile apps. The role serves as a key operational anchor for the Digital Learning function, with a strong focus on operational leadership, learning data management, reporting accuracy, governance, and process optimization. The position owns the day-to-day operational management of the Digital Academy, ensuring smooth execution of digital and blended learning activities, maintaining high standards of LMS hygiene, and acting as the primary operational point of contact for learning-related queries. The role is responsible for preparing and delivering recurring learning reports and dashboards, ensuring learning data accuracy, validation, and integrity, managing learning trackers and templates, and supporting compliance learning and high-priority eLearning initiatives through accurate and timely reporting. The Senior Associate coordinates closely with internal stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts to manage timelines, dependencies, learner communications, and operational risks. The role also contributes to learning insights and continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and inefficiencies in learning operations, proposing process improvements, and supporting leadership learning reviews. Additional responsibilities include supporting platform enhancements through testing, validation, user acceptance testing, and operational readiness checks, as well as owning and maintaining standard operating procedures for Digital Academy operations. The role explicitly does not own learning strategy, platform development or coding, content design ownership, or final executive-level insights interpretation, maintaining a clear focus on operational excellence, coordination, and data integrity.
