The Corporate Cash Management Solution Sales Specialist - Vice President operates within the Corporate Cash Management team of the Corporate Bank and is responsible for supporting the growth of the cash management franchise across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. The role focuses on covering the cash management requirements of multiple client sectors and engaging with key regional and global decision makers and influencers across multinational corporations and local corporates. The position involves delivering advisory and best-in-class corporate cash management solutions designed to meet sophisticated client requirements across the 35 global markets covered by the organization. The role contributes to driving new sales and revenue growth while partnering with internal stakeholders responsible for product management, risk, operations, anti-financial crime, and regulatory compliance. The position involves working with treasury and shared service centre teams of top-tier multinational and regional corporates to originate new-to-bank mandates and increase transaction flows while ensuring alignment with the bank’s regulatory framework. The role provides expert advisory services on corporate treasury best practices, particularly within the context of the global geopolitical, macroeconomic, and regulatory landscape, delivering strategic value to regional buying centres operating across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Responsibilities include independently leading client engagements, delivering client pitches and sales presentations, and responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. The role spearheads sales initiatives designed to drive revenue and scalability by replicating successful deals across regions or industry verticals. The position collaborates with regional and global divisional business heads to drive strategic campaigns and commercialize corporate cash management and cash and liquidity management products across the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa franchise. It requires close partnership with Implementation and Service teams and Operations teams responsible for post-sales activities to ensure the successful delivery of cash management solutions within agreed timelines and client expectations. The role operates in a collaborative, cross-sell, and performance-driven environment aimed at building a leading corporate cash management team and franchise presence across the region. The position also involves participating in client pitches, industry conferences, and training sessions through regional travel and supporting ad-hoc projects related to corporate clients and accounts. Technical capability includes understanding of corporate treasury functions, strong financial and analytical skills, familiarity with regulatory compliance and anti-financial crime considerations within transaction banking, and operational proficiency with PC applications including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft OneNote.

- Provide corporate treasury advisory on treasury best practices within the global geopolitical, macroeconomic, and regulatory landscape to support buying centres operating across Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa
- Lead client engagements including client pitches, sales presentations, and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses to promote corporate cash management and cash and liquidity management products
- Spearhead cash management sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and scalability by replicating successful cash management deal structures across regions and industry verticals
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global divisional business heads and cross-functional teams to develop campaigns and commercialize corporate cash management solutions across the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa franchise
- Partner with Implementation & Service teams and Operations teams responsible for post-sales activities to ensure corporate cash management solutions are delivered on time and within client expectations
- Work in a cross-sell, performance-driven environment to build and expand the corporate cash management franchise within the Corporate Bank
- Travel for client pitches, training sessions, and industry conferences to strengthen client engagement and promote corporate cash management offerings
- Execute ad-hoc projects related to corporate clients, accounts, and transaction banking opportunities
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 3–5 years of experience in cash management sales or relationship management within a top-tier international or regional bank
- Demonstrate a proven track record of structuring and executing complex cash management deals for multinational and local corporate clients
- Demonstrate strong expertise in corporate treasury functions and cash and liquidity management products within a transaction banking environment
- Demonstrate the ability to independently lead client engagements, deliver client pitches and sales presentations, and respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) processes
- Demonstrate strong financial analysis capabilities and analytical skills with a structured and methodical approach to evaluating cash management opportunities
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory compliance and anti-financial crime considerations relevant to corporate banking and transaction banking services
- Demonstrate proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft OneNote
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with Arabic language capability considered advantageous
