Responsibilities include overseeing the global TiaB training program, delivering Train-the-Trainer programs, coordinating training resources with Regional Super Users, ensuring that new and existing users worldwide are trained to effectively utilize the TiaB platform, and aligning system usage with global operational standards. The specialist ensures process compliance by conducting audits of TiaB standards globally and collaborating with regional teams to correct system usage deviations. The role contributes to global system improvement initiatives by communicating system functionality issues and recommending enhancements to the Global VP Operations Excellence and IT leadership. Additionally, the position ensures the efficient execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system updates and implementations, working with cross-functional stakeholders to validate system functionality. The specialist also supports customer training and enablement by developing comprehensive training strategies for customer platform adoption, designing onboarding programs to accelerate platform usage and value realization, and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs for regional teams, customer service representatives, and account managers. Responsibilities extend to establishing self-service support resources including FAQs, knowledge bases, and chatbot capabilities to enhance platform usability and customer adoption. The role tracks training outcomes and platform adoption metrics, reports results to the Global Learning & Training Team, and implements targeted interventions to improve system utilization and training effectiveness. The position further leads communication campaigns to promote awareness of new features, platform enhancements, and system updates. The specialist collaborates with global, regional, and cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and training stakeholders to ensure alignment with DP Worldâs global operational objectives, supply chain technology transformation initiatives, and regional training plans. The role requires expertise in system development and training within the logistics industry, familiarity with market-leading Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and supply chain visibility applications, understanding of air freight operations and ocean freight operations and related regulations, and strong project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor global system rollout and training initiatives.
