Job description
The Community Operations Lead at AstroLabs will oversee front-of-house operations, space maintenance, and community integration at the Riyadh coworking space. This on-site role demands high-level customer service, operational excellence, and attention to detail to deliver a consistent and exceptional experience for members and guests. The position involves managing reception, handling inquiries, giving office tours, maintaining space aesthetics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with vendors and support staff, onboarding new members, tracking usage data, and supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 4ā7 years of relevant experience in customer-facing operational roles such as coworking, hospitality, or serviced offices. Candidates must be proficient with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools, and possess strong communication skills in English, with Arabic as a plus. The role requires high independence, strong organizational ability, a service mindset, and the capacity to manage a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Greet and support all members, guests, and leads at reception
- Manage phone, email, chat, and in-person inquiries professionally
- Provide office tours and log leads in CRM system
- Support team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain full operational readiness and space presentation
- Manage maintenance, cleaning, tech support, and vendors
- Conduct regular audits and log issues for timely resolution
- Track inventory, order supplies, and coordinate deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Onboard new members and integrate them smoothly
- Track usage data to support optimization and service delivery
- Assist in member events and community initiatives
- Provide light tech and systems support to members
Experience & skills
- Have 4ā7 years of experience in customer-facing operational roles
- Possess experience in coworking, hospitality, or serviced offices
- Demonstrate independence and accountability in role execution
- Be detail-oriented and committed to high service standards
- Show proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace tools
- Communicate effectively in English; Arabic is a plus
- Be capable of handling data tracking and basic analysis
