Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Apply engineering theory and principles to assist in the design, development, and implementation of project deliverables
- Support project teams in conducting design calculations, feasibility studies, and cost-effectiveness analyses
- Assist in preparing engineering drawings, technical documentation, and project progress reports
- Ensure adherence to applicable industry standards, codes, and regulatory frameworks
- Interpret and analyze technical data to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution and quality assurance
- Demonstrate awareness of company policies, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Participate in project reviews, meetings, and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of engineering technologies, methodologies, and industry trends
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards
Experience & skills
- UAE National (Emirati) citizenship is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline)
- Strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles and design methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with engineering design software
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables
- Adaptability to work across multiple projects and disciplines in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow professionally within the organization
- Previous internship or project experience in an engineering or industrial setting preferred
