The Director of Longtail and Practice Development (CEMEA Marketing Services) is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable solutions supporting mid-tier, longtail, and FinTech partners within the payment ecosystem that contribute to annual Marketing Services revenue. The role supports the organizationās 2030 growth strategy by evolving the approach to building a web of partnerships and enablers that allow partners to grow while enabling the delivery of off-the-shelf modular solutions that help partners apply the latest Marketing Services capabilities with greater agility. The position develops a robust ecosystem of partnerships, builds structured set plays, and collaborates with sub-regions and markets across Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA) to ensure coverage and engagement with longtail partners. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Commercialization and Go to Market for CEMEA Marketing Services, the role leads the design and execution of go-to-market strategy across the region while supporting the Marketing Services business operating model. Core responsibilities include designing frameworks for Marketing Services target setting and reporting, identifying and implementing scalable solutions for longtail and mid-tier partners, and developing pricing methodology that ensures consistent pricing across sub-regions while maintaining defined margin targets by project or solution type. The role also requires strong financial modeling capabilities, P&L analysis, and financial acumen to support the development of the Marketing Services three-year growth strategy and extend planning toward a 2030 strategic outlook, including defining a clear roadmap for longtail partners. The position builds and manages a menu of in-house and third-party capabilities with defined quality control and governance, supports partnership ecosystem development within the media ecosystem and digital ecosystem across CEMEA, and collaborates closely with sub-region Marketing Services leads and business development teams to ensure effective partner engagement and coverage. The role requires experience structuring and analyzing financial models, knowledge of the Marketing Services operating model, and operational execution of large programs, while leveraging tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for reporting, financial analysis, and strategic presentations. The position is based in the Dubai office and operates in a hybrid work arrangement spanning multiple markets, locations, and time zones across the CEMEA region.

- Design and implement Marketing Services target setting frameworks and reporting frameworks across all mid-tier and longtail partners within the CEMEA Marketing Services business
- Identify, secure, and implement scalable solutions and modular offerings for longtail and mid-tier partners to expand Marketing Services capabilities within the payment ecosystem
- Develop and standardize pricing methodology across solutions and sub-regions to ensure consistent pricing models and defined margin targets by project and solution type
- Lead the regional go-to-market strategy for CEMEA Marketing Services by collaborating with sub-region Marketing Services leads and business development teams to ensure partner coverage and engagement
- Develop financial models, conduct P&L analysis, and support the Marketing Services three-year growth strategy and 2030 strategic roadmap for longtail partners
- Build, manage, and enable a structured portfolio of in-house and third-party Marketing Services capabilities while enforcing quality control and governance across partner solutions
Experience & skills
- Possess 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelorās Degree, or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- Demonstrate advanced financial modeling capability, strong financial acumen, and ability to structure and analyze financial models with clear P&L analysis and margin target evaluation
- Exhibit knowledge of digital marketing, partnership marketing, the Marketing Services business, and the Marketing Services operating model within the payments ecosystem
- Maintain deep understanding of the media ecosystem and digital ecosystem across the CEMEA region to support partnership ecosystem development
- Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to perform financial analysis, build reporting frameworks, and develop strategic presentations
- Support regional program execution across multiple markets and collaborate with Marketing Services leads and business development teams across sub-regions and partner networks
