Job description
Central Region coverage for Stryker's Endoscopy and Sports Medicine Division runs through this Territory Lead role, with travel making up around 80 percent of the job. You build and develop relationships with current and potential customers across the assigned area, keeping continuity front of mind. Trends, competitors, product developments and legal regulations all get tracked and reported back to the manager. Sales activities run against regional targets set in line with company strategy, with sales reports prepared as requested. Customer and partner visits, along with product demos, get planned, delivered and reported in line with targets and demand. Requests for proposals get evaluated and translated into complete material lists tailored to customer needs. Customers receive guidance on purchasing methods such as tender, intermediate purchase, leasing or external purchase, with the tender department looped in on procurement projects. Material delivery, installation and post sales user training all fall within scope, alongside attendance at surgery cases. Customer bills get progressed to accrual and followed through to collection with Finance and Accounting, and customer feedback gets communicated to the Quality Management Representative and manager for action and follow up.
