Job description
Meraki Group seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to manage all aspects of contract administration for civil contracting projects. The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal standards, project requirements, and corporate policies. Responsibilities include monitoring contract performance, mitigating risks, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, coordinating with project managers and legal teams, facilitating stakeholder communication, conducting regular audits, preparing project reports, providing training on contract matters, and staying updated on industry regulations, procurement standards, and best practices. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite is required. The position requires understanding contractual terms, construction industry standards, and legal compliance, supporting the delivery of high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers ensuring favorable terms and compliance
- Monitor contract performance and identify risks to ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including correspondence, change orders, and claims management
- Coordinate with project managers and legal teams to address contract-related issues and draft necessary amendments
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure smooth contract execution
- Conduct regular audits of contract documentation for compliance with company policies

Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in contract administration within civil contracting
- Strong understanding of contractual terms, construction industry standards, and legal compliance
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Professional certification in contract management or related field is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
