Job description
The Manager, Issuing Sales Support role is responsible for leading Value-Added Services (VAS) issuing sales support and commercial operations to drive revenue growth and regional business expansion. The position focuses on implementing effective sales and commercial strategies, executing transformation initiatives, and optimizing sales execution processes to achieve best-in-class performance within a high-growth B2B environment. The role works closely with regional VAS functional leaders, Sales Leadership, Finance, Sales Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate systems, procedures, and governance models. Key responsibilities include pipeline management, revenue forecasting, quota alignment, sales planning, territory management, deal performance tracking, and support for collections to improve cashflow. The role supports quarterly and annual forecasting, AANR governance, QBR and MBR preparation, and signed-not-live deal tracking to accelerate revenue realization. The position also supports RFP submissions by consolidating inputs from Legal, Cybersecurity, and Product teams, assists in leveraging alternate funding sources such as VIK, VIF, and MDF, and supports the development of business justifications and VNLs. The role requires strong analytical capability, financial acumen, and operational discipline, along with proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales performance analytics. The position operates in a hybrid work arrangement and is aligned with enterprise-wide commercial and sales transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Support individual pipeline reviews, updates, and VAS monthly AANR outlooks
- Support quarterly and annual revenue forecasting and pipeline planning with Sales Leadership and Finance MSO
- Set quotas and align compensation plans at the individual level in collaboration with compensation teams
- Partner with Sales Operations Support to simplify processes and drive consistency and efficiency across sales operations
- Prepare QBR and MBR materials for internal business reviews
- Track signed-not-live deals and deal performance to accelerate revenue through aligned resolution plans
- Support regional collections efforts to improve cashflow
- Manage sales planning and territory alignment activities
- Support RFP submissions by consolidating inputs from Legal, Cybersecurity, Product, and other stakeholders
- Assist in leveraging alternate funding sources including VIK, VIF, and MDF and support business justification and VNL development
- Ensure AANR governance and application of appropriate processes and policies
- Execute ad-hoc projects focused on revenue-driving initiatives and process optimization
Experience & skills
- Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related business discipline
- Possess at least 7–10 years of work experience including significant exposure to financial management and strategic sales operations in a B2B high-growth environment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships in a complex matrix organization
- Exhibit experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, and Customer Service teams
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of CRM systems including Microsoft Dynamics
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Demonstrate understanding of electronic payments industry products, services, and technologies as an advantage
