Job description
The Public Relations Officer will work within the Government Relations Department, providing administrative and PR support, handling legal documents, assisting with paperwork, and facilitating communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires strong knowledge of local labor law, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities
- Collect, process, and submit legal and official documents as required
- Support the Government Relations team with administrative tasks
- Assist with public relations activities and communication initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of paperwork
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities
- Provide assistance with documentation for employee services and labor law processes
- Support special projects and initiatives as required by the department
- Drive to meetings and locations as necessary using valid driving license
Experience & skills
- High school certificate (minimum educational requirement)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or PR support role
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Valid Qatar driving license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
