Job description
Provides technical and non-technical support to the projects management, planning and MMR workshop supervisor. Helps with daily updates on project progress and execution, supports document creation, and coordinates across functions to ensure business and client (Aramco) objectives are met. Interfaces with finance to support billing processes and delivers detailed reporting on quotations. Ensures compliance with TechnipFMC commercial policies and guidelines, while maintaining strong customer relationships and effective internal communications.

Key responsibilities
- Help with daily update on project progress and execution
- Assist to create and update project documents
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization as needed
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with all support functions
- Achieve KPIs set by both Aramco and the business
- Interface with finance coordinator for all completed delivered orders to ensure proper invoicing
- Build, maintain and manage customer relationships and ensure strong communications
- Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on submitted quotations with their status and gross margin
- Ensure compliance with TechnipFMC commercial policies and procedures
Experience & skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent diploma with 10+ years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or project support roles
- Oil and Gas industry experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Wellhead and Completion equipment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
