Leading a team of technicians, you allocate and control jobs based on each technician's ability, aiming for the highest productivity and customer satisfaction. Every vehicle should be ready within the promised delivery time. Job cards are opened and processed here. Technical problems are diagnosed both with and without diagnostic tools, and finished vehicles get quality checks and road tests before handover. Technician performance is tracked against set standards, with training or coaching requested where gaps appear. Health and safety policies, tool and equipment care, and housekeeping standards keep the workshop safe. The Customer Service Index is the measure, so prompt attention to customers matters as much as technical quality. At least 3 to 5 years of dealership experience, a diploma in Automobile Engineering, and good English and Arabic are required.
