Job description
Gas Chromatography, CEMS, IR, TOC, pH/Conductivity, O2 and Silica analyzers are the core equipment for this Analyzer Technician at Tasnee's Jubail plant. Keeping them in good condition matters because accurate measurement depends on it, and maintenance interruptions need to stay minimal. Scheduled PM and CM activities follow plant operation requirements, with fault diagnosis and troubleshooting carried out on site or in the workshop. Performance is judged against specifications for Response Time, Accuracy, Precision and Mean Time between Failure (MTBF). Analyzer shelter safety and sample handling systems are part of the daily picture. Calibration standards, parts and consumables are sourced and monitored under your lead. Review meetings use maintenance data and calibration records to find ways to improve analyzer performance, and EHSS guidelines and Responsible Care policies apply throughout. An Associate degree in Industrial Chemistry, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent and at least 8 years with online analyzer systems in petrochemicals or refining are required.
