The Leads and Analytics Manager – Sales Operations at Driven Forbes Global Properties in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for driving smarter decision-making across sales operations within a leading real estate brokerage. The role focuses on tracking and optimizing the full sales funnel from Lead → Contact → Viewing → Offer → Deal, conducting conversion monitoring, and analyzing lead sources to ensure accurate attribution and improved performance. The position requires strong proficiency in CRM systems and data reporting tools to ensure CRM data accuracy, produce monthly reporting on lead quality channels, and generate weekly performance reports per team. The manager performs price segment analysis across defined ranges (Under 1M, 1–2M, 2–3M, 3–5M), identifying strongest and weakest segments to deliver business insights and improve conversion rates. Responsibilities include monitoring response times and untouched leads, flagging underperformance, identifying underperforming listings generating low lead activity, recommending listing refreshes or price reviews, and overseeing fair and efficient lead allocation management to prevent over-allocation to low-converting agents. The role translates real estate data analytics and sales operations insights into actionable recommendations that enhance deal tracking, pipeline management, and overall company sales performance while ensuring compliance with UAE labor law benefits standards.

Key responsibilities
- Track and optimize the full sales funnel from Lead → Contact → Viewing → Offer → Deal through structured conversion monitoring and sales funnel analysis to improve overall company performance
- Monitor performance by team, manager, and overall company by preparing weekly reporting and monthly reporting using CRM systems and data reporting tools
- Analyze the true source of deals through lead source analysis, ensure CRM data accuracy management, and highlight channels delivering the highest quality leads
- Conduct price segment analysis by reporting lead volume and conversion rates across Under 1M, 1–2M, 2–3M, and 3–5M segments and identify strongest and weakest performance bands
- Monitor response times, untouched leads, and performance analysis metrics to flag underperformance and recommend corrective actions
- Identify underperforming listings through listing performance analysis and recommend listing refreshes or price reviews based on data-driven decision making
- Oversee fair and efficient lead allocation management, flag over-allocation to low-converting agents, and recommend redistribution strategies
- Translate real estate data analytics insights into actionable recommendations to enhance pipeline management, deal tracking, and overall sales operations effectiveness
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate data analytics or sales operations with hands-on involvement in conversion monitoring and sales funnel analysis
- Exhibit strong proficiency in CRM systems and data reporting tools to ensure accurate deal tracking, reporting, and pipeline management
- Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct lead source analysis, price segment analysis, and sales performance reporting
- Demonstrate ability to translate data-driven decision making insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion rates and sales outcomes
- Show experience monitoring response times, untouched leads, and lead allocation management within a real estate brokerage environment
