Job description
Penetration, persistency, claims ratio and revenue per branch are the numbers that define ADIB's Bancatakaful portfolio, and this Abu Dhabi manager owns them end to end. Takaful Provider agent sales teams and operational partners are monitored against SLAs, with breaches escalated and corrected through structured governance forums. A portfolio dashboard with leading and lagging indicators helps surface emerging risks before they become reportable issues. Budget and forecast inputs, variance commentary and business review decks turn raw data into decision-ready insight for senior leadership. Risk and control work is a big part of the job, covering the department's RCSA, KRIs and BCM along with internal, external and regulatory audits. Product and process gap assessments point to improvements, and new product launches and reviews need documentation, testing and coordination with Takaful Provider partners. Portfolio and ADIB MIS team members report to you, and department training plans sit with you as well. Detailed knowledge of Takaful and insurance products is required, along with experience of RCSA frameworks, audit processes and BCM/BCP methodology.
