Job description
Supporting the Manager Imperial Club sits at the heart of this Assistant Manager role at Atlantis, The Palm, part of Kerzner International's portfolio on the crescent of Palm Island. You help oversee operations across the lounges and lobby, coordinating and monitoring guest arrivals and departures so every in-house experience meets resort standards. The resort itself spans 1,544 Rooms, Suites, and Signature Suites, with dining from renowned celebrity chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants, a record-breaking waterpark, an aquarium home to 65,000 marine animals, and Dolphin Bay's resident Indo-Pacific dolphins. Training and developing team members falls within your remit, alongside coordinating employees' schedules across the Imperial Club. Standard operating procedures, policies, and procedures need consistent implementation, and you help ensure that happens across every shift. Guest service and overall customer satisfaction sit at the center of the role, delivered day to day through the lounge and lobby team. You bring knowledge spanning the Rooms and Front Office Division, crossed over into F&B, alongside some leadership experience gained in a Club Lounge environment or similar. Managing multiple business requirements while exceeding guest satisfaction defines the working week here, inside a fast-moving hospitality environment.
