Job description
As a Consultant in M&A Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting at Deloitte, you will support client engagements involving acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, rights issues, and financial reviews. You will analyze financial data, support due diligence, organize meetings, and liaise with stakeholders. The role includes business development support, market research, and engagement administration. Key responsibilities
- Support on specific client and engagement pursuits and proposals
- Conduct industry and market research to support business development initiatives
- Assist in executing transactions such as acquisitions, IPOs, and feasibility studies
- Review large sets of financial and operational data to assess completeness
- Collect and analyze client, target, or market data using standard tools
- Organize and interpret financial data to support review engagements
- Articulate key financial insights and considerations to the team
- Schedule and participate in client and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain accurate meeting notes and follow-ups
- Process edits to proposals, reports, and analytical documents
- Support administrative functions including contracting, compliance, and review processes
- Assist in client onboarding and engagement setup processes
- Collaborate with compliance teams for regulatory adherence
- Support the wider team in administrative and operational tasks
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree from a reputable, recognized institution
- Strong academic performance
- Willingness to pursue financial certifications such as CFA, CBV, CF, or CA
- 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment
- Detailed knowledge of financial statements, accounting policies, and valuation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Attention to detail in analysis and documentation
- High personal accountability and performance standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to quality service delivery
- Self-motivated with a strong development focus

- Dual English/Arabic proficiency preferred
