Web Services Testing, SoapUI and REST API Validation sit at the core of this Software Test Engineer role in Riyadh. You bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in API and Web Services Testing, working from the office alongside the wider test team. SoapUI and ReadyAPI testing form part of daily tool use, alongside REST API testing and web services validation more broadly. Functional and regression testing round out the core testing discipline expected here. Test cases and test suites get created and executed comprehensively, covering request and response validation, authentication, headers and status codes. Defect management and test execution keep quality on track throughout each release cycle. Test case design and test strategy both fall within scope, shaping how coverage gets planned across web services. API automation experience is preferred, and Billing and Revenue Management domain knowledge adds real value given the systems this role often touches. ISTQB certification is preferred too, reflecting the structured approach this position calls for.
