The Relationship Manager – Excellency Distribution at ADCB is responsible for developing and managing relationships with Excellency banking clients. The role focuses on growing the client portfolio through cross-selling wealth management products, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to the bank’s profitability. Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow Excellency client relationships, identifying new prospects and expanding wallet share.
- Deliver superior client service and ensure daily client interactions are seamless and responsive.
- Conduct financial profiling with each client to understand their needs and recommend relevant products.
- Achieve volume and financial targets in line with bank policies and compliance requirements.
- Cross-sell and upsell banking and wealth products tailored to client profiles and life goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain client records and ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage customer portfolios to optimize performance and retention.
- Support change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
- Uphold ADCB’s promise of exceptional service and apply service standards in all customer interactions.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 6 years of relationship management experience in banking or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Certifications such as CFA, CIIA, CIPA, FRM, or ICA are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of global financial markets and wealth management solutions.
- Experience with banking operations, customer profiling, and financial planning.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a portfolio and deliver on financial and service KPIs.
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking within a high-performance environment.
