Job description
The Partners Relations Manager at Al-Futtaim Mobility Solutions in Riyadh is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with automotive counterparties, specifically assigned dealers, by engaging with key business executives and stakeholders. This role acts as a liaison between Tamwily and motors, coordinating with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of business initiatives and customer-centric solutions. The incumbent operates as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customers, establishing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, executive sponsors, and internal teams. They are responsible for forecasting, tracking account metrics, clearly communicating initiative progress, and identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with sales teams. The role also requires handling escalated issues and ensuring delivery aligns with customer needs and objectives. A strong emphasis is placed on communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels including C-suite. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with counterparties
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and business objectives
- Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams for growth
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as necessary
