Job description
The Strategic Account Manager at Keeta is responsible for managing and developing relationships with multi-unit restaurant brands on the delivery platform. The role focuses on merchant growth, user acquisition, and operational optimization for partner brands by executing the company’s sales strategies and partnership initiatives. The account manager works closely with chain brands to expand cooperation across marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and user operations to enhance brand visibility and performance on the platform. The position also requires analyzing operational and business data to guide merchants in improving their delivery strategies and platform performance. Acting as a bridge between restaurant partners and the platform’s distribution and operational teams, the Strategic Account Manager ensures seamless coordination to enhance service quality and brand outcomes. The role contributes to the rapid global expansion of Keeta’s food delivery ecosystem while supporting long-term partnerships with restaurant brands and driving measurable growth across the platform.
