Job description
The Senior Consultant - HR Transformation role at Sia in Doha focuses on delivering end-to-end HR transformation projects within a next-generation Consulting 4.0 environment that integrates AI and design capabilities to drive business transformation and innovation. The role involves leading assigned workstreams within large-scale HR transformation initiatives, including HR operating model (Target Operating Model/TOM) design, process redesign, HR technology enablement, HR analytics, and change management. Responsibilities include conducting current-state assessments through interviews, workshops, and data analysis, and developing future-state HR service delivery models such as COE, HRBP, and Shared Services structures, including RACI frameworks. The consultant is required to redesign HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning, rewards, and workforce planning using best practices, Lean methodologies, and employee journey mapping techniques. The role also includes supporting HR technology roadmaps and vendor selection, and collaborating with technical teams on HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM across design, testing, data migration, integrations, and adoption phases. The position requires managing workstream plans, risks, issues, and dependencies using RAID management, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining status reporting. The consultant develops business cases, defines KPIs, and builds measurement frameworks to track value realization and performance improvements. Additionally, the role drives change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, readiness assessments, and coaching of line managers and change champions, often leveraging methodologies such as ADKAR. The position includes facilitating client workshops and presentations, engaging stakeholders up to HR Director and CHRO level, and contributing to proposals, methodologies, and knowledge assets. The role operates within a global consulting environment with exposure to automation technologies such as RPA, chatbots, employee listening platforms, and case management tools like ServiceNow HRSD, as well as supporting multi-country programs and M&A HR integration initiatives. Success is measured by delivery of milestones, stakeholder adoption, KPI improvements such as cycle times and service levels, and client satisfaction.
