Job description
Inception, a G42 company specializing in AI-powered domain-specific and industry-agnostic products, is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategic Accounts to manage and grow key client relationships in Abu Dhabi. The role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, driving adoption, value realization, and long-term success of Inception’s AI products and solutions. The position requires deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications across industries, enabling alignment of AI offerings with client business needs. Responsibilities span account strategy development, revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives, coordination with internal sales, product, and support teams, contract management, onboarding of new clients, performance tracking, and systematic integration of client feedback into product and service improvements. The role operates within a hybrid work model and supports Inception’s mission to transform data and compute infrastructure into applied AI solutions that deliver measurable business and societal impact.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple strategic accounts, managing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Develop deep understanding of Inception’s AI products and solutions and articulate their value aligned to client needs
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve issues
- Monitor and track account performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Oversee client onboarding processes to ensure successful adoption of AI products and solutions
- Gather, analyze, and relay client feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements
- Manage contract renewals and conduct contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role
- Demonstrate experience managing strategic client relationships and achieving account growth targets
- Exhibit strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their real-world applications
- Show familiarity with CRM tools and account management software
- Demonstrate experience operating in technology or AI-driven business environments
