The Red Sea Development Services Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Electrical Engineering to join its Projects Delivery division within the Engineering department. Reporting to the ELV Associate Director, this role is a key part of the ELV team responsible for overseeing consultant and contractor design submissions, including concept, coordination, design documentation, and contract administration. The Senior Manager will ensure that all ELV systems—including fire and voice alarm systems, telecommunications, BMS, and extra-low voltage services—are designed and executed to meet the standards of a 6-star property. The position involves providing technical review services, leading design progress meetings, liaising with local authorities, participating in value engineering exercises, and ensuring adherence to corporate quality and safety standards. The role also requires preparing technical RFPs, reviewing design deliverables, generating progress reports, and ensuring compliance with TRSDC’s OH&S requirements. The successful candidate will possess deep technical expertise in ICT and ELV systems, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
