Job description

Assigned retail districts across Qiddiya's portfolio carry the weight of this Senior Manager - Tenancy Project Management role, spanning new developments, redevelopments, operational retail assets and long-term asset evolution initiatives. You act as the district operational lead within the tenancy delivery function, overseeing district-wide tenancy delivery coordination, landlord and tenant interface management, fit-out integration, programme coordination, operational readiness activities and opening readiness processes. The position is engaged from detailed design and delivery stage-gates through fit-out delivery, operational readiness, lease-to-trade activities and ongoing operational asset support. Complex multi-stakeholder environments define the working reality here, with cross functional coordination running between Development, Delivery, Leasing, Retail Design, Operations, Host BUs, Operational Readiness, Asset Management, Legal, Finance, Government Relations, IT, main contractors, consultants, operators, tenant teams and authorities. Tenancy delivery standards, fit-out coordination procedures, operational readiness practices and lease-to-trade methodologies get implemented consistently across assigned districts and developments. Risks touching operations, programme, coordination, infrastructure and delivery are identified, managed and escalated as they arise. Programme progress, tenant delivery milestones and opening readiness requirements are monitored closely across every district. Operational KPIs, reporting frameworks and delivery tracking processes get supported throughout, keeping tenancy delivery activities operationally aligned and programme-driven.
