Job description
Tahaluf, the fastest-scaling B2B events organizer in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Commercial Marketing Manager on a 12-month temporary contract. The role is focused on driving demand generation and lead generation strategies for exhibitors across major events like LEAP, Cityscape Global, and Black Hat. The position requires planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (SEM, social, email, retargeting, content, events) to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the funnel. The role involves close collaboration with sales, event, and insights teams to align MQL to SQL processes, monitor performance dashboards, and continuously improve campaigns using data insights. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment, ideal for a digitally savvy and analytical marketer.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a funnel-based demand and lead generation strategy delivering high-quality leads to commercial teams.
- Develop ABM strategies for key clients and manage operational plans including Gantt charts, time & action plans, and content calendars.
- Identify target segments to engage and deliver MQLs, aligning with sales processes for efficient handover and feedback loops.
- Develop and track demand gen budgets, optimizing spend across marketing channels.
- Implement website strategies for landing pages to maximize traffic and lead conversions.
- Monitor and report campaign performance with monthly MQL reports and optimization recommendations.
- Share insights with sales and event teams to drive revenues and new opportunities.
- Ensure data governance, accurate data capture, and standardized reporting across campaigns.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, remarketing, and web.
- Write engaging copy to convert prospects into warm leads.
- Apply CRO techniques to continuously improve online performance.
- Proof and ensure compliance of all marketing collateral, emails, and content with brand guidelines.
Experience & skills
- Proven demand generation and lead generation marketing experience.
- Full funnel marketing experience with measurable results.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience in database development, segmentation, and targeting.
- Salesforce experience required.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Deadline and target-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Eloqua or other marketing automation tools (desirable).
- Experience with CMS platforms (preferred, coding not required).
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.).
- Collaborative approach with ability to build strong relationships with sales and partners.
