Job description
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Development Manager – Residential – Apartments to lead the planning, execution, and completion of premium residential apartment developments in Riyadh, creating vibrant, sustainable communities aligned with Qiddiya’s ambitions. The role directs and manages all phases of apartment projects from initial concept through completion; conducts feasibility assessments and detailed market analysis to identify profitable opportunities; formulates project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource strategies; collaborates with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to design specifications and regulatory compliance; engages governmental authorities and community stakeholders for approvals and support; monitors project progress and performance with periodic reporting to senior leadership; addresses challenges proactively with effective solutions to keep projects on track; promotes innovation and sustainability in residential apartment developments; and leads, mentors, and develops team members to foster a high-performance culture. Proficiency with project management software and tools is required, together with a strong understanding of local markets, regulations, and residential design principles and a proven track record managing large-scale residential projects through all phases, with Middle East experience considered a plus.

- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build and sustain a high-performance culture.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 9–12 years of experience in residential development with a focus on apartment projects.
- Proven track record managing large-scale residential projects across all project phases.
- Strong understanding of local markets, regulations, and residential design principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience within the Middle East development landscape is a plus.
